    Good Morning!

Im totally inspired by your page and passion for health. My name is Julie i’m 23 years old and have had a major realisation that my inner Dharma lies with following a path in holistic nutrition (after completing a degree in teaching)

I came across your page and i was wondering if you could give me any recommendations on what degrees i could study in holistic nutrition? I have been looking at the Integrative nutrition course in America and even though it aligns with my own thoughts i feel its not really accredited here in Aus

Well done on following what you love!

    Julie : )

I’m a fellow APD from Brisbane. I’ve landed on your website due to another Dietitian mentioning your name in being a specialist in Hashimoto’s. One of my close friends has Hashimoto’s and she is struggling with extreme lethargy from it. I really want to help her but to be completely honest with you I feel confused on the right nutrition therapy for Hashimoto’s. I’ve been reading up on the gluten free diet for it but I feel a little in over my head about it and would love your insight. I’ve recently stumbled across Chris Kresser’s website and I’ll be honest I was quite surprised by his ebook on Thyroid conditions. It went into quite a lot of depth and really got me thinking. Is this something your familiar with and if so, what is your opinion on his work?

    Would appreciate any insight!

    Warm Regards,

      Hi Jacinta,

      Apologies for the late reply.

Yes I love Chris Kresser. He has a very moderate approach and is extremely well-researched.

Another good one for Hashimoto’s is – also very well-researched and science-based.

      Warm regards,
